Andres Vutt

 

Andres Vutt is specialized in corporate law/M&A, trade law, bankruptcy law, contract law, property law, civil procedure and telecommunications law.

Andres Vutt graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu cum laude. He continued his education in the University of Uppsala, the University of Helsinki and the Central European University in Budapest. Andres has been a member of several legislative drafting groups (the Commercial Code, the Law of Obligations Act, the Law of Property Act, the Commercial Associations Act, the General Part of the Civil Code Act and the Authorised Public Accountants Act) and acted as a member of the corporate law work group in negotiations held with the European Union.

 

Andres also works as a corporate law lecturer of the Chair of Private Law in the University of Tartu. He is a member of the European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law in Estonia and member of the commission drafting European Model Company Law Act.

 

The working languages of Mr. Vutt are Estonian, Russian, English and Swedish.
