Denis Piskunov mainly advises clients on issues associated with corporate law, labour law, civil and administrative proceedings. Denis also provides legal consultation on the organisation of public procurements and associated disputes. Denis has also extensive experience in corporate insolvency and debt collection proceedings.

Denis graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2007 with a master’s degree and he has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2007. He is also lecturing on commercial law at Estonian Business School (EBS).

Denis consults clients in Estonian, Russian and English.
