Jaanus Mägi specialises in corporate law, property law and issues associated with foreign trade and investments. He has extensive experience in consulting mergers and acquisitions and he is on the supervisory boards of several companies.

Jaanus Mägi has worked as a lawyer in Law Office Mägi & Partners and practiced in law firm Lagerlöf & Leman in Stockholm and in the Lord Chancellor’s Department in London.

 

Jaanus studied law in the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu and continued his education in the University of Stockholm and the University of Helsinki. He has taken part in the Euromoney Legal Training of Real Estate Finance Law Forum and the 1st Middle Eastern School for Financial Law programme. During 2008-2009 he was studying in the Executive MBA programme of the Estonian Business School.
