Liis Tedder specializes in the field of penal law, criminal proceedings and misdemeanour. In addition, Liis also deals with different issues of competition and immigration law.

Liis graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2009 with Bachelor's degree and in 2011 Master's degree. She was admitted to the Estonian Bar Association in 2012.
