Monika Mägi is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu and has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1968. Monika Mägi has been elected a member of the Qualification Committee of the Estonian Bar Association on several occasions. Monika Mägi worked as a public prosecutor for several years before becoming a member of the Estonian Bar Association.
