Lawyer Raul Palmaru specialises in penal law and represents clients in misdemeanour and criminal proceedings. Raul has consulted trade companies on misdemeanour proceedings that could have had a significant impact on the sustainability of the companies and represented clients in misdemeanour proceedings relating to violation of the anti-corruption law and environmental legislation.
Raul Palmaru graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2005 and he has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since the same year. Raul worked as a lawyer in the Law Office Mägi & Partners before joining Concordia Law Office. In addition to Estonian, Raul also consults clients in English, Russian and Finnish.
